Gary Price is a 25-year veteran of the financial services industry. For our client families, he is our in-house specialist in family governance, real estate, governmental and community affairs, strategic planning and mediation. Through his broad network and experience, Gary helps our client families get expedited answers to complex real estate, alternative investment issues and illiquid asset investments.
Gary’s passion for serving the Naples community and our sunshine state is evidenced by his extensive involvement in local and state leadership. He has served the city of Naples for 18 consecutive years. He is currently in his third term as an elected official as a City of Naples councilman as well as Vice Mayor of Naples two times. He also served for five years on the Naples Planning Advisory Board, including two years as Chairman. Gary was appointed by Florida’s CFO and confirmed by the Florida Senate to the advisory board responsible for overseeing all public money from cities and counties across the State of Florida. He currently serves on the Legislative Policy and Natural Resources committees for the Florida League of Cities.
A graduate of Ohio State University, Gary majored in real estate and urban analysis. Gary completed the exclusive Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and is a graduate of Leadership Florida.
Gary and his family have called Naples home since 1999. He supports Champions for Learning and is a local advocate for Autism Speaks. Gary is an instrument rated private pilot and has completed three coast-to-coast trips with his family.
Timothy Cartwright specializes in alternative assets and business transactions. Of the many types of alternative assets, Tim has deep experience in private equity, venture capital, and early and seed stage investing, which allowed him to create and launch the Tamiami Angel Fund, the first ever member managed Angel Fund in Southwest Florida. Blending equal parts negotiating and structuring, Tim delivers succession planning and exit strategy services to our entrepreneurial families. His unique ability to distill complex business issues into elemental components and execute an action plan are celebrated as we help grow or sell a business.
Tim started his career with Arthur Andersen. After two years, entrepreneurial pursuits called and he founded and sold a supply chain consulting company, then re-focused a market research and publishing company after the dot-com reversal. Currently, he is chairman of Tamiami Angel Fund I, II and III, the largest Angel Fund in the state of Florida, is chairman of the Florida Gulf Coast University’s Foundation Board, is a director of the Florida Venture Forum and co-founder of the Southwest Florida Regional Technology Partnership. As a passionate supporter of early childhood development, Tim also served on the board of Golisano C’MON and past chaired its Strategic Planning Committee, which launched an expansion of the targeted age bracket.
Tim attended the University of Wisconsin and earned an MBA in finance and accounting from Northwestern University (Kellogg). He is a Leadership Florida graduate and a regional advocate for new technologies and economic diversification.
Tim enjoys coaching, boating and living an active lifestyle. His wife, Amy, and their three children have called Naples home since 2003.
Craig Lyon has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in investment strategy, alternative investments, trust services and life insurance. Craig has direct responsibility and management of our clients’ portfolio investments and Investment Policy Statement process. He is a strong proponent of effective communication amongst family to create and foster rewarding legacies.
Craig has devoted much of his career to the study of the financial markets. He became a registered representative with McDonald Financial Group and then with Leonard & Company while working closely with Valenti Capital on its hedge funds and alternative investments. He is currently trustee for numerous trust accounts, serves as officer of a private charitable foundation and as an advisor for maritime assets, real estate, private equity and venture capital transactions.
Craig earned his B.S. in business from Miami University (Ohio). He is also a graduate of Leadership Collier.
Craig and his family have been full-time Naples residents since 2004. He is active in golf, boating and keeping ahead of chores in his well-stocked workshop.
Susi Kimball specializes in fund administration, tax coordination, bill payment services and marketing. In addition to being our resident client services specialist, she is currently the fund administrator for Tamiami Angel Fund I, II and III, as well as the Adrenaline Venture Fund, where she excels at maintaining a steady hand on 120 investors, 34 early stage investments and numerous due diligence efforts. Susi is the steward of the client welcoming process, managing the discovery of important documents and coordinating numerous client needs.
Susi has held several professional roles in the banking industry, with responsibility for investor relations, public relations and marketing, as well as spokesperson. Susi has also worked directly with a variety of small and large businesses in her previous capacity as senior business relationship manager with the Economic Development Council of Collier County.
Susi studied Business Administration at Southwestern Illinois College and Hodges University. She is very active in the Naples community she has called home for over 30 years. Susi supports her passion for entrepreneurship by serving on the Florida Gulf Coast University Institute for Entrepreneurship Advisory Board and participating in the Florida Venture Forum and Angel Capital Association. She and her husband, Andy, have three children and enjoy various outdoor activities and sports in their free time.
Patrycja Rochnowska specializes in ensuring all client families have an excellent experience. She manages our vendors and is responsible for record retention and special events. In her five years with Fifth Avenue Family Office, she has become vital to the daily operations of our multi-family office. She can solve a pesky problem and anticipate a client’s preference, all at a moment’s notice and with a bright and welcoming smile.
Patrycja previously served as operations assistant to two local companies and project manager for FloridaKeys.com, marketing to over 2,000 Florida Keys businesses.
A native of Poland, Patrycja emigrated with her family to Key West in 1992 and brings a unique perspective to our team and client families. She has a background in art, design and fashion marketing. Currently, she volunteers at Naples Historical Society and for many years she was a volunteer at the Sugden Theatre with the Naples Players. Patrycja has a passion for service and for sharing the adventures of her young son.
Kyle joined Fifth Avenue Family Office as Portfolio Manager. In his role, he specializes in investment portfolio design and management, estate planning implementation, tax coordination and performance reporting.
After spending nearly a decade with Fidelity Investments, serving in roles ranging from the trade desk to private wealth management, Kyle is no stranger to the world of finance. During his time with Fidelity, he developed his aptitude and love for building lasting relationships with clients. This fueled a desire to join a family office environment to be more directly involved in creating successful long-term outcomes with entrepreneurial families.
Kyle graduated from Elon University in North Carolina, earning a BSBA in finance and economics. He was also a member of Elon’s lacrosse team.
Outside of the office you might find Kyle on the field coaching Naples’ rising lacrosse stars or enjoying the Florida sunshine with his college sweetheart and wife, Berkeley, and their infant son.
